It’s believed, on the 6th day, God made woman!!
He probably had to work late, with the best of his abilities
😊
He gave her few magical powers like loving unconditional, balancing all
relationships, her home & work, kids & career, taking care of herself
when sick & so on!!
Sacrifices has always been part of your life:
Right from that small chocolate for your brother, to leaving behind your
parents for your husband, career for your kids & passion for your family!!
Success of a woman can't be quantified on how she has grown in her career, it's
how she has managed to accomplish her passion & her dream with all her
commitments as a daughter, as a sister, as a friend, as a wife, as a daughter
in law, as an employee, as a mother & most of all, how well she has managed
to live, survive just as a "woman" in this society!!
What would be the best level of women empowerment?
Indian Government has announced that Women will now get
permanent commission in 10 Army branches, while they were only recruited for
short service commission so far.
With increase in women empowerment, educated & matured society, I’m sure we see declining crime rates against
women, except for the child abuse.
But I would like to quote an accomplishment of a 7 years old
girl from Tamil Nadu.
Hanifa Zaara, from Ambur, Vellore District, walked up to the
nearest Women’s Police Station to complaint against her father!! The reason she raised the complaint is alarming!!
Her father had promised
to construct a toilet for her since she was in UKG, but he somehow couldn’t
fulfill the promise due to his financial commitments. This frustrated Hanifa,
she stopped talking to her father & walked into the police station along
with her Mother. Her mother was assuming that Hanifa would was just kidding
& would return in half way. But to her surprise, Hanifa was bold enough
to enter the Police station, talk to the Sub-inspector & explain her
concern.
With good gesture, the sub-inspector addressed this to the
district IAS officer, who then helped to construct toilet for Hanifa very next
day.
Story doesn’t end here, quoting this as an example, the
Government constructed 100 such toilets in her locality.
Further, Hanifa is now the brand ambassador of Swach Bharat
Mission for Vellore district.
Hanifa in an interview quoted: “Study well, get good wishes
from everyone, be bold & stubborn, but only for good cause. Never
give up on your rights – be it for your home or for your country”
Well, that reminds me, ladies, keep your heels, head, and standards high 😊
Look at the spirit of patriotism at the age of 7,
astonishing!!
Of course, Women are very well patriotic, else no army men would ever
get married!!
They always have the responsibility towards the society, but it’s mostly
suppressed due to their responsibilities towards the family!!
But, you can always influence your future generations!! My next example is one
such.
Malala Yousafzai, born 12 July 1997, an activist for female
education and she is known for human rights advocacy, specially the education
of women and children in her native Swat Valley in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,
northwest Pakistan, where the local Taliban had at times banned girls from attending
school.
Malala was born to a Pashtun family in Mingora, Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Her family came to run a chain of schools in the region.
Considering Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Benazir Bhutto as her role models, she was
particularly inspired by her father's thoughts and humanitarian work. In early
2009, when she was 11–12, she wrote a blog under a pseudonym for the BBC Urdu
detailing her life during the Taliban occupation of Swat. The following summer,
journalist Adam B. Ellick made a New York Times documentary about her life as
the Pakistani military intervened in the region. She rose in prominence, giving
interviews in print and on television, and she was nominated for the
International Children's Peace Prize by activist Desmond Tutu.
She was the
youngest Nobel Prize winner in 2014, when she was 17!!
On 9 October 2012, while on a bus in the Swat District,
after taking an exam, Malala and two other girls were shot by a Taliban gunman
in an assassination attempt in retaliation for her activism; the gunman fled
the scene. Malala was hit in the head with a bullet and remained unconscious
and in critical condition at the Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, but her
condition later improved enough for her to be transferred to the Queen Elizabeth
Hospital in Birmingham, UK. The attempt on her life sparked an international
outpouring of support for Malala. Deutsche Welle reported in January 2013 that
Yousafzai may have become "the most famous teenager in the world".
Weeks after the attempted murder, a group of fifty leading Muslim clerics in
Pakistan issued a fatwā against those who
tried to kill her. The Taliban was internationally denounced by governments,
human rights organizations and feminist groups. Taliban officials responded to
condemnation by further denouncing Yousafzai, indicating plans for a possible
second assassination attempt which was justified as a religious obligation.
Their statements resulted in further international condemnation.
§ Following her recovery, Malala became a
prominent activist for the right to education
§ Based out of Birmingham, she founded
the Malala Fund, a non-profit organization.
§ In 2013 co-authored I Am Malala, an international best seller.
§ In 2012, she was the recipient of
Pakistan's first National Youth Peace Prize
§ 2013 Sakharov Prize
§ In 2014, she was the co-recipient of
the Nobel Peace Prize, along with Kailash Satyarthi of India, aged 17 at the
time, this made her the youngest-ever Nobel Prize laureate
§ In 2015, Malala was a subject of the Oscar-shortlisted
documentary He Named Me Malala
§ The 2013, 2014 and 2015 issues of Time
magazine featured her as one of the most influential people globally
§ In 2017, she was awarded honorary
Canadian citizenship and became the youngest person to address the House of
Commons of Canada.
§ Malala attended Edgbaston High School
from 2013 to 2017
§ Currently studying for a bachelor's
degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford.
So now, how are you going to nurture your kids? Time for us to retaliate 😊
A woman should be like a single flower, not a whole bouquet!
When you follow the crowd, you will usually go no further
than the crowd.
When you walk alone is when you find yourself in places no one has ever been
before.
Dear Ladies, the world is mourning aggression, everybody
tries to bully you & pull you down.
You don’t need a sword; your eyes are powerful enough to kill a person!!
But your heart is way too sweet to spread love & peace in the world with
Smile always 😊
All that the world need is, your elegance, love & peace.
Love you ladies 😊 You are the Best!!
Happy Women’s Day 😊
